SEIKO MARU
The Seiko Maru was built in 1940 by the Harima Dockyard for the Darien Kisen Line as a medium freighter. During the "Hailstone" attack, Seiko Maru was hit by dive bombers on the port side and resulting explosion set her fuel oil a fire. She was discovered by Sam Redford, who also recovered her bell. Seiko Maru now rests at a maximum depth of 185 fsw.
